This User Agreement governs your use of the Noxyr mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or continuing to use the App, you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
About the service
Noxyr is a comic creation studio. You upload non-person references — such as illustrations, objects, pets, or scenes — and fuse them with Western comic heroine presets using proprietary in-house AI technology. We do not rely on third-party AI vendors for user-facing generation.
Real-person photos are not supported for uploads. The App may reject reference images that likely depict real people.
No account sign-in is required for core features. Finished comic works are saved locally in Works on your device. We do not upload your photos, prompts, or outputs to our servers for storage.
We do not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, or face-template matching. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.
License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you control, subject to this agreement and the Apple Media Services Terms.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or misuse the App or its outputs for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing purposes.
Your content
You retain ownership of reference images and other content you provide. You are responsible for having the right to use that content, for uploading non-person references only, and for ensuring your prompts and uploads comply with applicable law and this agreement.
You grant us only the rights needed to process your content through our in-house systems to deliver the generation you request. Processing is limited to creating the output for that confirmed request.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to upload, request, or generate content that:
- uses real-person photos or likenesses as reference uploads;
- is illegal, infringing, exploitative, or harassing;
- depicts minors in inappropriate contexts;
- impersonates others without consent; or
- attempts to bypass billing, coin balances, upload checks, or security controls.
We may restrict or stop access if we reasonably believe the App is being misused.
Virtual coins
Noxyr uses a virtual coin balance shown in the App. Any starting or promotional balance, if offered, is displayed in the App and may change.
Typical coin use before you confirm a render:
- 30 coins for a 4K comic render; and
- 20 coins for a 2K comic render where offered.
The exact cost for your selected preset and mode is always shown in the App before you confirm Generate.
Coin packs are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Virtual coins have no cash value outside the App and are not refundable except where required by Apple or applicable law.
Subscriptions
Optional subscriptions extend membership status for the plan period shown at purchase. An active subscription does not provide unlimited free renders. Each generation may still require coins from your balance. See the Subscription Agreement for billing details.
Apple In-App Purchase
Purchases, renewals, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple through your Apple ID. Prices, taxes, and availability are shown by Apple at checkout.
Disclaimer
The App and AI outputs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every generation will meet your expectations or be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App or any generated content.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue features if needed for security, legal compliance, or service maintenance.
Changes
We may update this User Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after an updated version is published means you accept the updated agreement.
Other agreements
This agreement works together with the Privacy Policy and Subscription Agreement. If there is a conflict about subscriptions or billing, the Subscription Agreement controls for those topics.
