This Privacy Policy explains how Noxyr handles information when you use the mobile application (the “App”). We designed the App as a comic creation studio so you can fuse non-person reference uploads with Western comic heroine presets using proprietary in-house AI, without creating a traditional account or relying on third-party AI vendors for user-facing generation.
Real-person photos are not supported for uploads.
Information we do not collect for sign-in
We do not require your name, email, password, or social login to use the core features of the App.
Information processed when you use the App
When you use the App, we may process:
- non-person reference images you choose from your library or camera;
- comic presets, prompts, and generation settings you select;
- purchase and subscription status needed to provide In-App Purchase features;
- coin balance and membership status stored for App functionality; and
- finished comic works you save in Works on your device.
We do not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, or face-template matching.
How we use information
We use information to provide generation features, manage your coin balance and membership status, deliver purchases through Apple, maintain Works on your device, respond to support requests, and protect the App from misuse.
We do not sell your content or personal information, and we do not use your uploads for advertising.
Generation processing
When you confirm Generate, your selected comic preset, text prompt, and any non-person reference image are processed through our in-house systems only to create your output for that request. Real-person photos are not supported for uploads. We do not rely on third-party AI vendors for user-facing generation, and we do not upload your content to our servers for storage.
If you cancel before confirming generation, that content is not processed for that request. Subscription status does not change this approach.
Device permissions
The App may request access to your photo library or camera so you can choose a non-person reference image. Reference images are used when you start a generation you confirm. They are not uploaded simply because you opened the App or browsed comic presets. Uploads that likely depict real people may be rejected before processing.
Saving to your photo library, when you choose that action, uses system permissions shown by iOS.
Purchases and Apple
Billing is handled by Apple In-App Purchase. Apple may process payment and receipt information according to Apple’s privacy policy. We receive only the information needed to deliver coins, membership status, and restore eligible purchases.
Storage and deletion
Finished comic works are saved locally in Works on your device. You can delete items from Works inside the App. Uninstalling the App may remove local Works data stored on that device.
Purchase records needed to operate billing and support may be retained as required to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through the App. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after an updated version is published means you accept the updated policy.
